Residents invited to take part in household survey

4th July 2023, Residents in Aldershot and Farnborough are being invited to give their views in Rushmoor Borough Council’s latest household survey.

The survey asks a series of questions about the services the council provides to find out what local people think and how satisfied they are with them.

Areas covered include the town centres, access to affordable housing, parks and open spaces, sports and leisure facilities, littering and clean streets, community safety, and climate change. The survey also asks about contact with the council and how well-informed residents feel about council services and the local area.

Councillor Sue Carter, Cabinet member for Strategy and Partnerships at Rushmoor Borough Council, said: “We want to make sure we are doing the right things for our residents, our communities and our businesses, so it’s important to us that we hear as many views as possible from across the borough. The survey only takes a few minutes to fill in and we really appreciate people taking the time to take part.”

The survey is available on the council’s website, www.rushmoor.gov.uk/currentconsultations until Friday 4 August. Anyone who needs a paper survey can request one by calling the customer services team on 01252 398399.
