Sunday, 5th August 2025 – Rushmoor Wellesley 10K and Community Fun Run 2025 has been Successfully Completed. The fun run was started and finished at Queens Avenue, Aldershot, UK.
The Rushmoor Wellesley 10K and Community Fun Run 2025, jointly organized by the Greater Rushmoor Nepali Community (GRNC) and Rushmoor Wellesley, was successfully completed with great enthusiasm and participation.
Warm greetings to all respected GRNC former presidents, trustees, advisors, executive committee members, volunteers, supporters, and attendees.
On behalf of GRNC, we extend our heartfelt thanks and sincere appreciation to everyone who contributed their time and effort to make the 9th Rushmoor Wellesley 10K Run a grand success.
This 10K event was first initiated in 2015 during the tenure of former president Mr. Om Thapa and has continued to grow year after year.
The active participation of our Nepali community has once again highlighted our presence and identity within the local Rushmoor area.
We sincerely thank Mr. Dave Porty (Director, Black Valley Water Runners) and Mr. Steve Low (Secretary, Wellesley 10K Runners) for providing this wonderful opportunity to our community.
Even during the busy Dashain festival period, the dedication and cooperation of all participants and supporters ensured the success of this event.
Your continuous support has been a major factor in GRNC’s growth and progress. Special thanks also go to our event coordinators for their excellent management and oversight.
