RBC-  With less than two months to go until Aldershot and Farnborough have the proud honour of hosting the Armed Forces Day National Event 2026, Rushmoor Borough Council is thrilled to announce that BAE Systems is supporting the event as a Platinum sponsor.

As a major local employer, BAE Systems is a familiar name to many households, but few perhaps realise that this global company, with its head office in Frimley, is the UK’s largest and Europe’s leading defence and security company.

Throughout the Armed Forces Day event, the Company will have an exhibition stand in the ‘industry village’ and representatives on hand to discuss various employment opportunities, including apprenticeships, graduate roles and veteran recruitment.
